Rollout for a major national fast-casual restaurant. The scope of work was to prep the locations for the arrival of a new safe.
The project was challenging because we were working within a narrow time frame for completion. We only had a brief window of time on site and had to coordinate closely with our vendor partners in the field to ensure we weren’t disrupting daily operations.
All locations were completed within a 3-day window in advance of the deadline for the project. Completion photos were provided for every location and our client was extremely satisfied with the work that was performed.
