Lauryn Blank, CEO
An attorney by trade, Lauryn specialized in multi-unit leasing and purchase agreements for retail real estate prior to founding Global Facility Management & Construction. Lauryn provides leadership through careful growth strategies which insure a consistent flow of business. Through Lauryn’s direction employees make the best use of their time, are qualified for the positions they fill and can grow with the company, expanding their expertise in various trades and related services.
Sean Blank, President
Sean’s extensive background in retail construction and remodeling provided an excellent platform for the founding of Global. Knowing the needs of retailers in the facility arena, Sean was able to build the business on the niche of high quality service, fast response, and the best pricing in the industry. It is through Sean’s vision that the company is firmly directed toward steady growth with highly satisfied clients.
Susan Dykman, Executive Vice President
Susan comes to Global with over 15 years of industry experience with two of the largest companies in the industry. Susan’s expertise in floor maintenance, cleaning, and general repairs brings a plethora of knowledge and consultative abilities to our clients. Retailers rely on Susan for scope of work generation/alteration, chemical and equipment recommendations, and evaluation of life cycle costs for various flooring options.
Gwenn DiStefano, Manager of Construction Services
As the construction executive, Gwenn oversees the Project Manager’s for rollouts and remodels. She insures all major bids are accurate; the timing of parts, supplies and labor is within promised parameters, and the successful completion of all projects. Gwenn brings to Global over ten years of experience in the retail construction industry.
Jeff Levyns, Director of Field Operations
Jeff is responsible for crew training, quality control and the management of all field resources including both direct employees and vendor technicians. Jeff comes to Global with more than 15 years of experience with the largest companies in our industry. Clients rely on Jeff for expertise in floor maintenance, repair and installation, and all manner of routed handyman work.
Josephine Mendez, Director of Facilities
Josey is responsible for the management of the Call Center. Account Managers, and Team Leaders. Josey has been with Global for almost five years and has become a highly valued asset to its operation. Clients rely on Josey and her team for real time updates, complete and accurate reporting and proposal production.
